Confidence and stress are on a teeter-totter; When our stress is up, our confidence is down. And when our confidence is up, our stress is down.
Tackle the stress component and this may feel more tangible than changing your self-talk.
Monitor the negative words you speak to yourself. Reduce these words so it can be believable to your brain.
When we project a negative thought on someone else, sometimes it’s actually the thought we want to say to ourselves. Instead, try to make an observation and gently shift your own thoughts towards others.
Think of the next right step as taking a step to earn a key to unlock a new door we need to walk through.
Sometimes knowing when to let something come off of your plate can be just as powerful as taking the next right step.
We need to be quiet enough to hear what the answer is for the next right thing
We’re not human “doers”. We are human “beings” and we need to build in the rest and reprieve time as well

Make sure our priorities are in the right place
What door is your one decision going to open simply because you made that choice?

Resilience is the capacity to overcome hardship quickly and when we know what we are fighting for, we build our resilience.
